The Canadian Respiratory Journal (CRJ) is the official journal of the Canadian Thoracic Society. The CRJ features original articles, controlled clinical trials, review articles and case reports concerning all aspects of respiratory health and disease. The CRJ is indexed in Index Medicus / Pubmed.

The CRJ as a Membership Benefit
Members of the CTS may access the Canadian Respiratory Journal online without charge. CTS members residing in North America also receive a print copy.

Tribute to Nicholas Anthonisen, Editor in Chief, 2002 - 2011
On November 10th 2011, members of the CTS, the Canadian Lung Association, Pulsus Group Inc. and the Canadian Respiratory Journal (CRJ) as well as University of Manitoba faculty and staff gathered at the Inn at the Forks in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to honor Nicholas Anthonisen, former Editor-in chief of the Canadian Respiratory Journal. Dr. Anthonisen made major contributions to the CTS, the CRJ and to the Canadian and international respiratory community. During the luncheon in his honor, Peter Paré, the new editor-in-chief, gave a short talk highlighting aspects of Dr. Anthonisen’s contributions.
