5. Asthma Cases Published by CTS Asthma Committee

A 7 part case study series, developed as a knowledge translation initiative of the Canadian Thoracic Society Asthma Committee, is being published by the Canadian Medical Association Journal. You can access the cases online at: http://www.cmaj.ca/home/review.dtl. The series aims to educate and inform primary care providers and non-respiratory specialists about the diagnosis and management of asthma. The key messages presented in the cases are not clinical practice guidelines but are based on a review of the most recent scientific evidence available. The CTS gratefully acknowledges the work of Dr. Andrew McIvor, project lead and former committee chair, and all of the case authors for this valuable contribution to our guidelines-related dissemination and implementation initiatives.
