Lungs Are For Life

Lungs Are For Life is The Lung Association's free school program for smoking prevention. It has been developed especially for Ontario teachers and students - from Kindergarten through Grade 12.

The Healthy School Program

Designed to help you improve indoor and outdoor school environments. Includes tools and strategies for school bus and parental vehicle idling, identifying and removing hazardous materials in and around schools, recycling programs etc.

Do Bugs Need Drugs?

Provides a program for elementary school teachers for teaching students about germs, proper hand washing, and how to prevent infections. Curriculum includes overheads, handouts, and colouring sheets.

Smoking & tobacco

Provides information on how smoking hurts your lungs, what's in cigarettes, how people get addicted, second-hand smoke and more.

Your Provincial Lung Association can give you information on programs offered or could provide a guest speaker for your class.
