The Canadian Respiratory Conference
The Canadian Respiratory Conference is the premier national educational and scientific meeting for the respiratory community in Canada. Held in April each year, the conference offers a broad scientific program developed by clinicians, multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, scientists and educators in our community who have developed excellent national and international reputations in respiratory medicine. The program promotes discussion of the most significant developments in clinical practice, research and education.
RESPTrec
RESPTREC provides health care professionals with the highest standard of training in asthma, COPD, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, spirometry, inhaled delivery devices, and education. Courses are designed to help learners develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required to empower people and their caregivers to optimally manage their chronic disease.
"As I began practicing in my rural setting, a clear need to provide timely spirometry was apparent. By taking the SPIROTREC course, I was able to provide testing quickly and accurately. As a pharmacist, I was able to integrate all this training into my practice and become involved in chronic disease management on a whole new level. I believe this training has led me to provide better care to my patients. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in respiratory health."
