All I have to say is smoking was definitely not for me. As a child I had very bad asthma so it was never a great idea to smoke. I started when I was 19 because I was finally legal age and was working at the clubs downtown Toronto. It was a huge mistake. Over the years you can see it physically takes a toll on you. While all my friends were out playing soccer and running, I was sitting missing out on social events because of the filthy addiction. I also noticed my skin was starting to go pale. Once taking notice of this I knew it was time to stop. I am now 24 years old and have NO idea how I did it but i woke up one morning and told myself I am NOT a smoker. I now fill my time with long jogs and bike rides. Just Believe in YOURSELF! The human body is very strong!
